Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Techstar Business Consultancy Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the office, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage Staff: Direct and control the work of staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Record and Prepare Minutes: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective communication within the team.
  • Manage Contracts: Manage contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Answer Telephone and Relay Messages: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff members.
  • Oversee Payroll Administration: Oversee the administration of payroll, including processing payments and managing benefits.
  • Arrange Travel and Itineraries: Arrange travel and itineraries for staff members and clients.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff members.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
