Compensation Claims Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time position based in CITY, PROVINCE, Canada. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in industry or as an independent consultant managing WCB claims and providing disability management for employers.
Responsibilities- Provide solutions to employers for worker's compensation claims.
- Analyze and assess claims to determine eligibility and entitlement.
- Develop and implement return-to-work plans to support injured workers.
- Thorough knowledge and experience with all provincial worker's compensation systems.
- Alberta and BC Workers Compensation and Disability Management experience.
- Effective negotiation, written, and oral communication skills.
- Competence with Microsoft Office 360 and Windows 10.
- A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year.
