Workforce Disability Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Workforce Disability Specialist. This role is responsible for providing solutions to employers for worker's compensation claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and manage worker's compensation claims, ensuring effective disability management and return-to-work strategies for employees.
- Develop and implement customized solutions for clients, utilizing expertise in provincial worker's compensation systems and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional service and support, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience in workforce disability management, preferably within the insurance or consulting industry.
- Proven knowledge of Canadian worker's compensation systems, with expertise in Alberta and BC regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex claim scenarios.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
What We Offer:
