  • Total compensation package including salary and benefits

We estimate the total annual compensation to be around $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience. The package includes an Annual Shared Success Program based on performance and Registered Retirement Savings Plan with a matching contribution component.

The successful candidate will have post-secondary education or equivalent experience, preferably with a CIP designation. 7+ years of experience handling casualty claims is required. Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of insurance contracts in various jurisdictions and principles of claims settlement is also necessary.

What You Will Do
  • Investigate and evaluate complex personal and commercial lines claims
  • Negotiate coverage claims with tact and professionalism
  • Manage expenses through proactive handling techniques
  • Participate in mediations, pre-trials, and settlement conferences
