CompensationThe salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Claims Auditor and Process Improvement Specialist to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing current claim handling processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize performance and reduce costs.
You will work closely with our claims team to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Your expertise in insurance claims handling and process improvement will enable us to deliver high-quality services to our clients while reducing costs and improving productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in insurance claims handling and management
- Minimum 5 years of experience performing claims audits and analysis
- Minimum 3 years of experience training remote teams and developing training programs
- Excellent data management skills and experience using reporting tools such as MS Excel and Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations
