We are seeking a Senior Sales Director for Business Development at JH World Services Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role and a non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week with English as the primary work language.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. You will also determine strategic planning related to new product lines, establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, and organize regional and divisional sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
