Senior Business Development Director for Industrial Facilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Director to lead our Industrial Facilities practice in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.
Job Description- Business Development: Develop and execute annual business development strategies to achieve growth targets in collaboration with senior leadership and practice group managers.
- Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, existing and new, to understand their needs and develop effective client capture plans and pre-marketing strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dynamic team of professionals to deliver compelling client presentations and drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A degree in Architecture or related field.
- 15+ years of industrial architecture experience, including knowledge of the Industrial Facilities market and growth practices.
- Professional registration and LEED accreditation.
