About the Role- This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
- The salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
In this role, you will be tasked with reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, co-ordinating and planning for office services, overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
- Delegate work to office support staff.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- You must have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- You must be fluent in English.
