Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive General Manager to lead our operations at the Government of Canada - Western.

Salary: Estimated annual salary range: $100,000 - $150,000

Job Description:

The Executive General Manager will be responsible for coordinating the work of regions, divisions or departments and establishing objectives for the organization. Key responsibilities include authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and selecting middle managers, directors or other executive staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational performance
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies

Requirements:

  • College diploma or degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
