About Us

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our Sales Division at our Brampton, Ontario location. This full-time position involves providing administrative support to our sales representatives, ensuring seamless order management, communication with customers, and documentation preparation. Additionally, you'll create designs for space layouts based on room measurements and product selection, as per instructions from customers and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate product orders and modify existing orders in our system.
  • Provide customers with product quotes upon request.
  • Troubleshoot and communicate with customers regarding issues.
  • Call customers to estimate due dates for non-stock products.
  • Assist customers in the showroom when sales staff are not present.
  • Coordinate and communicate with manufacturers.
  • Update customer information.
Design and Space Planning
  • Collaborate with sales staff to make modifications or amendments to drawings based on customer feedback. Proficiency in design tools like CAD is an advantage.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office administration/coordination, preferably in a support role with tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
  • Some post-secondary school education or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills (over the phone and via email).
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Superior customer service skills, with sales process experience an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
