Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ontario Inc. As an integral part of our operations, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our daily activities.

Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to optimize office efficiency;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release requests under government access legislation;
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance;
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed;
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience preferred;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Owning a vehicle is an asset.

Estimated Salary

$50,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
