About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Goodluck Security Inc. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Administration: Perform data entry, maintain inventory, and order office supplies as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 35-40 hours per week. The language of work is English.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $30,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
