About the JobWe are seeking a talented Luxury Communications Director to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing an annual strategic and integrated plan that supports Four Seasons Hotel Toronto's business objectives.
Your primary focus will be on public relations, digital media, social media, and marketing communications strategies. You will work closely with all departments and outlets to develop new storylines, maintain image libraries, and ensure visual identity applications across the hotel and its outlets.
You will also direct the Digital Marketing Manager on social media and website content strategies based on the Public Relations and Integrated Communications plan and initiatives. Additionally, you will co-manage and support the hotel's digital communications strategy with a proactive and creative approach that supports Public Relations and Communications plans and initiatives.

As a Luxury Communications Director, you will be responsible for:
- Developing a year-round integrated Public Relations and Communications Plan across all Four Seasons Hotel Toronto pillars
- Regularly monitoring Four Seasons Hotel Toronto Marketing Scorecard Metrics as they apply to Public Relations and Communications
- Working closely with all Four Seasons Hotel Toronto departments and outlets to develop new storylines
- Maintaining image libraries to ensure the best property representation
- Identifying target publications, managing media communications, developing new connections, coordinating media visits and interviews to generate ongoing coverage
- Pitching and securing coverage through brand agency all-call editorial opportunities as well as B2B Communications opportunities
- Anticipating need periods, as well high demand periods, and activating teams to create unique guest programming

- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
