Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at TPINE LEASING CAPITAL CORPORATION. As an integral part of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Review and Evaluate New Administrative Procedures
- Delegate Work to Office Support Staff
- Establish Work Priorities and Ensure Procedures Are Followed and Deadlines Are Met
- Co-ordinate and Plan for Office Services
- Assist in the Preparation of Operating Budget
- Assemble Data and Prepare Periodic and Special Reports
