Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze current and prospective staffing needs to ensure optimal workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
  • Provide guidance and support to job applicants throughout the selection process.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to develop and implement staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize and facilitate staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training to enhance employee development and retention.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and other HR software.
