We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth strategies and developing plans to increase client base and external sales channels.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive business expansion
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings using company software
  • Promote business image through social media, B2B marketing platforms, and other channels
  • Track sales progress and develop monthly sales targets
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a Business Development role
  • Experience in the janitorial and hospitality business, with knowledge of housekeeping, commercial cleaning, and customer service
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams efficiently
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
What We Offer:
