Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our enterprise data solutions efforts in the assigned region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

This is an individual contributor sales opportunity that requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution skills. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of results-driven enterprise software sales experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Good knowledge and experience with data integration, data warehousing, databases, business intelligence, data analytics, AI/ML concepts and products.
  • Ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals.
  • Exemplary written and oral communications skills with ability to engage with a wide range of customer roles (C-suite, Executives, Subject Matter Experts, and Enterprise Architects).

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
