Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Superior Transportation Logistics Inc. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and setting up filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns.
  • Logistics Coordination: Assist with the coordination of logistics operations, including arranging transportation, tracking shipments, and communicating with vendors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including tracking inventory, monitoring expenses, and reporting on key metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
