About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Samaruppal Transport Ltd. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
    • Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Record Keeping and Data Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Special Projects and Initiatives
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Work Environment
