About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Workforce Enablement Director to join our team at OLG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the transformation of our IT workforce to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workforce Planning and Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize our IT workforce, including resource management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Culture Transformation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within our IT organization.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives to drive business outcomes, including process improvements, technology implementations, and organizational design changes.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management frameworks to measure and improve IT workforce productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Talent Development: Design and deliver training programs to develop the skills and competencies of our IT workforce, aligned with business needs and industry trends.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence through process improvements, technology enablement, and continuous monitoring and evaluation.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in IT workforce management, talent development, and change management.
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through workforce optimization, culture transformation, and change management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
