We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of IT Workforce Enablement to join our team at OLG. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive workforce optimization and improve employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and monitor workforce change management efforts, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Support the evolution of our IT culture as part of our operating model transformation.
- Manage performance reporting and feedback to monitor and improve workforce productivity and employee experience.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and People and Culture to identify workforce needs and gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop and maintain a database of skills and job ontologies to facilitate the identification of skills and resources when needed.
- Advocate for and drive the adoption of new ways of working, including agile skills and behavioral shifts.
- 10+ years of delivery experience in medium to large technology environments.
- Experience with alternative sourcing options and efforts to optimize same across IT domains.
- Previous experience in Scaled Agile or Lean Agile preferred.
- Post Secondary degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced Scrum, Product Management, or Product Owner certification preferred.
