We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Development Manager to join our team at Easy Renovations. This is a full-time opportunity that will require you to work on site, ensuring that all construction projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, planning and organizing daily operations, addressing customers' complaints or concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be required to communicate with other workers to coordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize productivity
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Communicate with other workers to coordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
  • College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience
  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail are essential for this role
  • You must be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle are necessary for travel to job sites
Work Environment

This position requires you to work primarily outdoors, with some interior work possible. You may be required to work in various locations, including residential construction and renovation sites. On-site customer service is essential for this role, as you will be interacting with clients at their homes.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
