The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Southwestern Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with a strong knowledge of the construction market, regulations, and permitting processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Implement and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Manage and mentor on-site personnel, including site staff, labor, and subcontractors.
- Proactively identify and address construction-related issues and provide solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in residential midrise development, including full-cycle project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Safety-conscious with a commitment to best practices.
