Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to manage all on-site activities, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient operations, and exceptional project delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, guaranteeing timely completion, and prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Quality Control and Compliance: Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor on-site personnel, including site staff, labor, and subcontractors, to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Proactively identify and address construction-related issues, developing effective solutions to ensure project success and minimize delays.

Key Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in residential midrise development, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of the construction market, regulations, and permitting processes, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Teamwork and Safety: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, with a strong commitment to best practices and safety.
