Construction Site Manager

GS Construction Company is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in allocating resources, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage a large workload.
