The Advancement Officer, Leadership Giving is responsible for managing relationships with donor prospects determined to have the ability to make annual leadership gifts at the $1K to $10K level. The role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for securing financial support from a portfolio of donor prospects including identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding these gifts from alumni, parents, faculty, staff and the community.

  • Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward gifts from alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and the community
  • Work in collaboration with faculty Major Gift Fundraisers to develop and implement strategies to upgrade donors and develop the pipeline for major and planned gifts

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and four years of related fundraising experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
