Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist and support Advanced Quality Engineering projects under the guidance of our experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform global product development audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Advanced Quality Engineering team to consolidate the quality plan according to the Global Product Development Process (GPDP).
- Contribute to key quality activities, including design FMEA, process FMEA, and corrective action plans.
- Support Advanced Quality KPI reporting and data management to drive business growth.
- Assist in project prioritization, problem-solving, and risk assessment within the Advanced Quality Engineering department.
- Participate in new product introduction projects, including assessments, compliance to quality standards, and statistical studies.
- Complete key quality activities and actively participate in product development phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a similar technical discipline (preferably Electrical or Power Electronics/Telecomm background).
- Strong curiosity and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to quality-related activities.
Work Environment
This position will work in an office setting, with minimal physical demands.
