We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Batule Forklift Services Ltd.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services. This role also involves assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

In addition, the Administrative Officer will be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence. They will also oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. They will also possess a high level of attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when required.

Work Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week. The language of work is English.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the company.
