About the Role

This is a permanent position offering $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  2. Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  3. Train staff on new administrative procedures and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  4. Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including resolving conflict situations and making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
