Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at ICW Immigration Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

About the Role

The Office Administrator will be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. They will also perform data entry, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and monitor and evaluate office operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have excellent MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills. They should also possess strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. They will also enjoy a 35-hour workweek and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
