Job Overview

MP Accounting and Finance Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team in a permanent position.

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This administrative role will provide key support to our office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and maintaining a high level of organization.

We are looking for a skilled individual who can effectively implement new procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and delegate tasks to office staff as needed.

In this role, you will establish work priorities, ensure deadlines are met, and oversee administrative activities related to record release, data entry, and report preparation.

As an Office Administrator with MP Accounting and Finance Services Inc., you will be responsible for co-ordinating office services, managing supplies, forms, and equipment, and assisting with budget preparation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administration, preferably in an office environment.

You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.

A strong understanding of business procedures and processes is essential, as well as proficiency in data entry and report preparation.

Additionally, you should be familiar with government access to information and privacy legislation and be able to apply policies and procedures accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff as needed
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
