The Goal Getters Associates seeks a Financial Analyst and Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Managed Services Operations team, you will support clients in various departments, including accounting, finance, information technology, and project management.

This is an entry-level position that offers rare opportunities to learn industry-leading CPM software suites, work with a diverse client base, and experience a dynamic team environment focused on customer service and teamwork.

Key responsibilities include working directly with TGG colleagues and clients to administer, utilize, and develop CPM solutions, as well as assisting with other project development and deployment tasks.

Minimum requirements for applicants include a completed post-secondary education program, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong foundation in finance and accounting terminology.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience with Oracle EPM software and/or comparable products, and completion of post-secondary education programs in accounting, finance, business administration, IT, or computer science.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

In addition to direct client-based support and project responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to learn the functionality and operation of the CPM software, leverage these skills through interaction with clients' finance, accounting, and IT departments, and participate in internal initiatives.
