Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SHIPCART DISTRIBUTION SERVICES. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
    • Supervise and train other administrative staff
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Office Management
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
    • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
    • Respond to employee questions and complaints
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
