Recruitment Coordinator Role


We are seeking a motivated Indigenous Recruitment Coordinator to work in partnership with the Centre for Aboriginal Human Resource Development (CAHRD) and Neeginan College.


Key responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, providing support services to trainees/employees, and raising awareness of the aerospace industry among the Indigenous community.


Requirements and Qualifications



  • To be an Indigenous person
  • To have a degree or certification in a field related to education, psychology, sociology, behavioral science, human resources, or social work
  • To have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • To have a practical understanding of Microsoft Office
  • To have experience in recruitment, marketing, or outreach activities
  • To have knowledge of local Indigenous communities
  • To have a current driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • To be willing to work occasional evenings and/or weekends

Aerospace/aviation experience is not required, and on-the-job training will be provided to the right candidate.
