Salary

Base salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year. Quarterly bonus: uncapped earning potential.

Job Description

This role involves managing the Account Executive team to drive market growth and meet business objectives.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales statistics to inform business decisions.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment among team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation.
  • Minimum 2 years of managing sales professionals using an account management approach.
  • KPI-driven and results-oriented.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • A valid driver's license.
