Job Description- Manage the operational components of the theatre, reporting to the Board of Directors and working closely with the Artistic Director to drive strategic priorities and secure public and private sector support.
- Lead the Edmonton arts community by fostering collaboration with theatres across Canada and internationally.
We offer a dynamic environment where you can make a lasting impact on the theatre's future and contribute to the city's cultural heritage.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and success.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, Artistic Director, and external partners.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian arts landscape and international collaborations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets.
- An annual salary of $182,000 (estimated), commensurate with experience.
- Four weeks of paid vacation and extended Health, Dental, and RRSP plans.
