About the Role

As a Business Development Director - Sales, you will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs. You will also authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions.
Supervision and Team Management

You will supervise 1 to 2 people. To excel in this role, you must be able to manage a team effectively and foster a positive work environment.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This is a fast-paced environment, requiring you to stay organized and focused at all times. A strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Benefits and Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 based on industry standards and the location of Premier Furniture and Mattress. The company offers a competitive benefits package, including a permanent work term and 35 hours of work per week.
