Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients and guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly;

  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records;

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset;
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or administration;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;
