Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a flexible and customer service-oriented professional to fill the role of front desk coordinator for our downtown Investment Management client on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional communication skills both in-person and over the phone.
- Manage and track building maintenance requests, enter and update information accurately.
- Assist with expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Book meeting rooms, file documents, and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Care for the lobby area and receptionist desk, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
- Experience operating a multi-line phone system.
- Able to work independently and self-motivated.
Benefits:
