We are seeking a flexible and customer service-oriented professional to fill the role of front desk coordinator for our downtown Investment Management client on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional communication skills both in-person and over the phone.
  • Manage and track building maintenance requests, enter and update information accurately.
  • Assist with expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Book meeting rooms, file documents, and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Care for the lobby area and receptionist desk, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
  • Experience operating a multi-line phone system.
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated.
