Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Service Director to join our team at Bisha Hotel & Residences. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Ensure Overnight Front Desk Agents deliver exceptional guest service and meet company standards.
  • Complaint Resolution: Assist agents in resolving guest complaints and improving processes.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor guest balances and notify guests with over-limit accounts.
  • Team Development: Regularly attend trainings, maintain cleanliness of hotel lobby areas, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: College Degree
  • Experience: Previous Hotel experience and Opera knowledge required.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year (based on Toronto's market rate). We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
