Multilingual Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Multilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Quantum Management Services Ltd. in Downtown Toronto.
About the Role:
This is a 3-month contract position that requires a Bilingual Receptionist (English & French) to provide exceptional administrative support, manage the front desk, and handle various tasks related to reception duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in a professional corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Manage and maintain office supplies, including the kitchen area
• Perform administrative tasks as requested by management
• Coordinate catering orders and other logistical arrangements
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
• Postsecondary degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong proficiency in English and French languages, both written and verbal
• At least 3+ years of reception or administrative experience in a corporate setting
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
