Job Summary

As a Strategic Sales Manager at Randstad Canada, you will play a key role in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in building, streamlining, and optimizing client-facing presentations and related materials. This will involve developing sales quota, compensation, and sales incentive plans to maximize revenue. You will also be responsible for overseeing a consultant in Sales Analysis, Forecasting & Business Insights to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver executive presentations to senior leaders and align disparate business partners
* Refine and optimize internal sales performance reporting to ensure high-quality, consistent insight to key internal partners
* Support the CRO in developing periodic and ad hoc analysis and internal reporting, including strategic planning and sales management
* Coordinate and facilitate the annual sales quota and compensation process, embedding sales and industry best practices
* Optimize weekly, monthly, and annual sales forecasting to enhance revenue visibility and inform management decision-making and actions

Requirements
* Minimum of Bachelor's degree required (Commerce, Economics or Engineering) Masters/MBA is an asset
* 4+ years' experience in strategy development, market research, or corporate development. Knowledge of marketing concepts
* 3+ years' experience developing and delivering executive presentations; proficiency with consulting-style approaches to presentation storytelling (horizontal and vertical logic)
* 3+ years' experience in account management, customer business planning, and related analytics is an asset
* Strong knowledge of the Canadian financial services industry, with a current understanding of emerging trends with Fintech, the digital economy, and/or consumer-consented data
* Strong math skills and a working knowledge of financial analysis
