Job Title: Wine and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wine and Beverage Manager to join our team at 7 Enoteca. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar and restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our products are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and training as needed
  • Set staff work schedules and ensure that the bar and restaurant are adequately staffed at all times
  • Train staff on wine and beverage knowledge, as well as customer service skills
  • Organize and maintain inventory of wine and beverages, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at all times
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Lead and instruct staff on wine and beverage knowledge, as well as customer service skills
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
  • Advise customers on wine selection and serve wine in a professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Perform sensory evaluation of wines to ensure that they meet our quality standards
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations of the bar and restaurant
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage products and service standards
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language required
