Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at East Side Mario's Oakville. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Wine Knowledge: Describe and advise on wine selection, perform sensory evaluation of wines.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
