Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at East Side Mario's Oakville. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, present bills to customers, and accept payment.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Wine Knowledge: Describe and advise on wine selection, perform sensory evaluation of wines.
Work Environment

As a Server at East Side Mario's Oakville, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
