Job Title: Wine Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wine Bar Manager to join our team at 7 Enoteca. As a Wine Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading our wine bar team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and an unforgettable wine experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the wine bar team to deliver exceptional customer service and wine knowledge.
  • Develop and implement wine lists, menus, and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and training to ensure high standards are met.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a wine bar or restaurant management role.
  • Excellent wine knowledge and a passion for wine.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
