We are seeking a highly skilled Wine Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our wine-related establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and train staff to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of quality in our wine offerings.
  • Set work schedules to ensure effective inventory management and staff utilization.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and implement a system for tracking and managing inventory levels.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Plan and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Secondary school graduation certificate.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Wine knowledge and selection expertise.
  • Sensory evaluation skills for wines.
