Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at East Side Mario's Oakville. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Describe and advise on wine selection, ensuring a high level of knowledge and expertise.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Perform sensory evaluation of wines, ensuring a high level of quality and expertise.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
