Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at East Side Mario's Oakville. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, present bills to customers, and accept payment.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Wine Knowledge: Describe and advise on wine selection, perform sensory evaluation of wines.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads.

  • Competitive Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year.
