Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at East Side Mario's Oakville. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
  • Advise customers on menu selections.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Describe and advise on wine selection.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Perform sensory evaluation of wines.
  • Serve food and beverages.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bending, crouching, kneeling.
